So, what actually do we do?!

We also provide you with a web portal that enables you to keep track of what’s going on and extract data etc. as and when you choose. As we’ve described, it’s like having your own payroll department but without the hassle.

How involved are you?

Basically, as little or as much as you want! If you want to get involved on a day-to-day basis that’s fine or you can leave everything to us. We expect you to maintain the top-level client relationship but other than that the choice is yours as to how involved you are.

  • An Employer web portals accessible 24/7 to enter new employees, leavers, changes, period variations, sickness and also view payslips and P60’s. You will have access to these portals.
  • An Employee web portal accessible 24/7 to view pay and tax information including payslips, end of year P60’s, P45’s and pension contributions.
  • Printed or e-Payslips, P60’s and P11D’s.
  • Process starters, leavers and amendments.
  • Timesheet import tool.
  • P11D’s (additional cost priced per company above standard service).
  • CIS (additional cost priced per company above standard service).
  • BACS Services (additional cost priced per company above standard costs).
  • Process variable pay instructions.
  • Calculations of PAYE and all statutory requirements.
  • Gross to net calculations.
  • Re-runs of your payroll.
  • Standard reports provided securely and electronically in PDF and Excel formats.
  • Approve, finalise and submit all RTI files to HMRC.
  • Automatically update tax codes and student loan notices for employees.
  • Auto-enrolment management – assessment, calculate contributions, provide communications for employees and submit contribution reports to pension provider.
